Additionally, to maintain an organized and efficient facility, we conduct monthly site inspections to confirm that all vehicles remain within the designated length range of their assigned slot. If a vehicle exceeds its permitted length, the renter will be required to relocate to an appropriately sized space and adjust their payment for future billing periods.

How to File a Claim

  1. Notify the manager.
  2. Take photos of any damage to your items and the storage unit. Please take photos of the source of damage if possible. DO NOT throw anything away until you speak with a claims specialist.
